Bitterness and Resentment

Bitterness is having feelings of hatred and resentment in your heart. These emotions are
  sinful and it allows Satan to come in to kill and destroy what is good and may cause evil.

Eph 4:31,32
 004:031 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put
 away from you, with all malice: 

 004:032 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God
 for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
